| went home friday and saturday and lost it.. ate a lot! but it was delicious home-cooked food (and a sushi dinner) and i don't get that too often anymore so i won't let it get to me :)

ugh it's so hard to eat well here at school... total: ~1400
exercise: 2 miles on elliptical (-225)

| and so it starts. my health diary!
goals -- ++ exercise everyday. whether dance class, gym, or running at the track ++ drink 3 bottles of water everyday ++ lose 15 pounds ++ eat under 1600 calories each day
so far today.. :) breakfast - banana (110) lunch - turkey sandwich (330), lemonade (100) snack - 1/2 grapefruit (20), tiny bowl of special k with berries (100), peach (40) dinner (planned .. hope i follow it!) - 1 slice teriyaki pizza (250), small salad w/ italian vinegar & olive oil dressing (150), soft serve chocolate ice cream (ugh 330)
total: 1400
was doing pretty good until i craved into ice cream.. sigh.
